On the Beach in Paradise
During the retreat you stay in a beautiful beachfront resort.
Fresh healthy food, herbal drinks, smoothies and fresh fruit every day.
The activities are optional; if you want to have lunch somewhere else or don't want to do yoga; that's fine.
What matters is that you are at peace with yourself and recharge your batteries.
You will have time to process your experiences and do journaling, walks on the beach or just lie in your hammock.

Flights go to Liberia or San Jose, Costa Rica. Liberia is closest to San Juan del Sur.
Or book a flight to the capital of Nicaragua, Managua.
Flights are direct with Iberia Airlines, from Zurch and Madrid.
