You can ask a question before we start, but you don't have to.
I sit opposite you and close my eyes; you can relax.
A reading contains several layers and is valid for 6-12 months.
Give yourself time to integrate the information and to let the reading unfold.
You have privacy: all information stays between us.
Listening to the recording afterwards speeds up your healing processes and growth.

Chakra Healing
During a chakra healing, I balance your chakras, cleanse your aura and work on blockages within the chakras.
I redistribute energy, and make it flow more. You could see it as an incentive for your energy body to start vibrating optimally once more.
I do this by laying my hands on the chakras, or at a distance.
I also work on grounding, protecting the navel chakra, and supporting when there is grief and loss, or depression.
It can be beneficial to have more than one session; it depends on the situation, and the pace of the healing process.
